wow, this hotel almost received a good review, but I just couldn’t overlook the flooded bathroom from the shower, which was a serious health hazard. Also, they didn’t clean the room properly, leaving it as if I hadn’t even booked a stay. Expecting some kind of room upgrade for all my trouble would’ve been nice, but apparently that’s too much to ask!

the outdoor lounge area was great for evenings. staff were quite unfriendly at times.

the one-bedroom queen suite with sofa bed was super cozy. had natural light coming in from two sides, which made it feel really bright and welcoming. the kitchen was well-equipped with a toaster, microwave, and coffee machine. loved the bathroom storage, and the breakfast had healthy options and tasty choices. staff was super nice, especially bonnie and mia.

my stay at towneplace suites was fantastic! the one-bedroom queen suite with sofa bed was spacious and filled with natural light from two sides. the location was super convenient, just a short walk from a grocery store and restaurants. bonnie and mia at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Loved the corners of my suite with two sides of natural light! The storage was a dream, especially the bathroom drawers. Plus, the area was super walkable to shops and restaurants, which made my stay even better.

Showering felt like I was auditioning for a splash zone. Seriously, my towel needed a towel after that fiasco!

I loved my stay in the One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Sofa Bed! The natural light flooding in from two sides created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Plus, the generous storage options, like the bathroom drawers and closet organizer.

The suite offered excellent natural light, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. Amenities like a well-equipped kitchenette added convenience for meals. Unfortunately, the shower often flooded the bathroom, making it a tricky situation. Cleanliness could also be improved, as the room didn't feel properly tidied during my stay.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed had a shower that flooded the bathroom every time it was used, turning the floor into a water hazard. On the day the room was cleaned, it felt rushed. I noticed the bathroom wasn't actually tidied up, leaving the floor untouched and with used towels left behind instead of replaced.

This stay was great compared to my previous trip in thornton. The one-bedroom queen suite with sofa bed provided ample space and had natural light from two sides. I was especially impressed by the friendly staff, like bonnie and mia.
